1. What is the shipping cost?
The shipping cost for Australia is flat rate $10. Head to our Shipping and Returns page for more details.
2. When will I receive my order?
We process your order up to 48 hours. Then you will receive a notification with your parcel tracking number and estimated delivery time.
3. What payment methods do you offer?
We accept credit cards (VISA, Master card, American Express) and PayPal.
4. May I pick up my order personally?

5. Can I exchange my order?
Yes, of course! All you need to do is drop us an email at danielle@seasidetones.com.au and I can organise an exchange for you.
6. Can I return my order?
Absolutely! We offer full refund on any full priced item providing it has not been worn and tags are still in tact..Head to our Shipping and Returns page for more info
7. How to choose the size?
We do our best to add measurements to all descriptions but we are more than happy to answer any email questions you might have about sizing. If something isnt right, we can always exchange or refund it for you,
